No mystery needed.

We still do not know if the building construction is completed, or why the building’s permits needed to be processed through the court system, or the status of the building despite months of asking for updates.The status of Property C is a complete mystery.

if you are not in the area you are invested in, you will get financially murdered without connections.

It's not a mystery, you can see for yourself that this is not the case. 

A couple counter points, not every home needs a rehab and there is not a mystery to systems that are exclusive to turnkeys to solve.

I just wanted to clarify whether Philadelphia is a good place to start brrrring and renting, because I've seen so many crimes and murders.

I had 350 of them at one time.. lots of work owning rentals... 2. this happens with any rental regardless if you buy it from a fix and flipper who specialize's in selling rentals ( turnkey company) or a fix and flipper who just puts them on MLS.. bottom line someone buys a home fix's it up and resells it no mystery there.  3.

I am trying to negotiate with the seller on the balloon payment due at the end of the term.Here's my dilemma, each of the renters have been getting away with murder when it comes to paying rent.

its on the mls no big mystery.. but that is only listed propsin these rust belt cities so much activity happens off market its hard to determine out west here.. we have very little off market.. it happens but no where near what you see in the major rust belt cities.
