I might analyze 100 properties before I find one that is a fit for a client but when they buy and it closes I make over 6 figures usually per deal.On the residential side strong motivators can be someone is having a family, wanting to move out of mom and dad's house, job transfer and they need a place quick with the relocation, divorce, marriage, lease is up and they can't afford to pay the month to month rate, etc.
