@Ellie Narie we don't manage Class D rentals because they are extremely difficult to manage.Yet, owners are unrealistic and expect Class A or B results from them!

Hi Ratana,I’m new to short term rental area and I’m also on H1b visa.

But I still must have a cold beer, especially after a hot day, there is not greater pleasure known to man IMHO....So now I mix beer and wine 😂Your health sounds much more like a B property if you ask me!
