When I look at this scenario, I see a large potential of utilizing this as a major loophole.

Brainwashing at its best.Think about it -- the Republicans have convinced those making the least money that those making the most money are the ones who need the tax cuts, the subsidies, the legal loopholes, etc.

There is a loophole when it comes to working with companies as companies at expected to be investment savy.

That's the only loophole (I don't do this, but FYI) that an insurance agent told me, if it's a "lab-mix" or "Dalmatian mix" an insurance company isn't going to come after you and question the vet.

Expect the documents to be one-sided to favor the tenant, with lots of loopholes allowing the tenant to escape unscathed. 

They know that these people will shift into a different strategy to avoid the taxes, so they have to shut off all the loopholes.

Ellis evictions are used to convert rental units to condominiums, using loopholes in the condo law.

I was unable to find a loophole around this requirement. 

I always use an attorney service that specializes in evictions as they know all the laws and loopholes.
