so find a local HML go meet with them.. settle on their terms and get to work.. trying to find lenders on the internet that will do MI @Darren Eady states is very tough... bad rap that whole state because of what happened in Detroit..

I've been an online Internet marketer for about 15yrs.

It's somewhat time consuming and confusing for tenants because they have to have internet access and know background questions.  

BP doesn't let me post images as responses so I can't fully express my internet feelings but I'd be very skeptical about this deal right now.is there something I'm missing here.

In the beginning of my business I sold my houses exclusively using open houses, advertising using Craigs List and all the Internet websites and most importantly, bandit signs that pointed to the houses.

I do that about half the time but one LLC has a name that just amused me, another is named after an internet protocol. 

Don't dismiss any deception and question all body language no matter what their title or position is.Don't trust all recommendations that you see on the internet.
