The property I'm looking into is actually in a visitor designated area so I wonder if I would still have an issue getting a permit.Your comment about the ADU size is interesting.

For about 18 months I had both sites running.By month 18...my custom site ranked #2 for my main keyword and the Investor Carrot Ranked #1.my custom site was getting less visits per month...but not by muchThe Investor Carrot site was converting visitors to leads at a 5 to 1 clipI get the point of Ownership vs Renting and that was one of the negatives when I was deciding to go with Investor Carrot or build my own site.  

Orlando is a great city for Vacation Rentals tourism and business visitors year round in huge volumes.

But with tourism down more than 50% ( 45 million visitors in 2019/ 19 million tourists in 2020).  

The country has experienced record levels of tourism the past two years running, with annual visitors exceeding 76 million people (the population of Spain is around 40 million). 

It should have a clause regarding visitors and how long they can stay.

(From what I've seen, summer visitors seem to push small STR occupancies to 90%+ even at the lower end.)

Usually, REIAs let people attend their general meetings for free on the first visit. Or

Their websits claims to reach over 10 million unique visitors per month - talk about exposure.
