The state of world markets has been like jet-fuel for it.

If it's an older house, the popcorn texture may have paint over it.

I'm finally laughing at my ceiling texture explosion (a first for me).

Doesn’t matter if you strap a jet engine on it.

We saw that pre 08 when my entire HML business was to finance mid west BRRR for west coast borrowers.. and they would get 5 to 8k cash out when they closed their take out loan. we would try to do 4 at once.. so they would get 20 to 35k in their jeans tax differed.. these funds were to go into reserves.. instead being tru blue American consumers it went to jet skis  trips  you name it.. no discipline those folks lost their rentals in droves in the 08 meltdown.. 

I can do drywall tape and texture as well so that will further decrease costs of a rehab.

We have a few apartments that are tricky to paint- high ceilings, textured ceilings, peaks- so it made sense to buy the sprayer.  

It’s amazing to think of the posh life of being whisked around in a jet , owning giant mansions and driving lambos around and we all want wealth and financial freedom in life but often we fail to realize that if you have your health, a family ,and someone who loves you then you have something literally a billion dollars can’t buy .no dollar value or sacrifice is worth more than those free things

LOLI actually created a spreadsheet for myself with 6 varying levels of lifestyles. my bare whatever life is around 40k/year my standard life is around 72kcontent life is 120k>>Happy life (I think) is 360kI also have an extreme luxury life (think private jet charters, multiple mansions, a yacht, steak dinner level eating every meal) at $900k I'm totally going for the extreme luxury life, cause why not
