I do not trust an email attachment to come directly from the Tenant with a Screening report, I can see how those will quickly become fraudulent!

@James Wise my knee-jerk reaction when I read the e-mail this morning was "Huh, so your telling me it's about to get a whole lot easier to negotiate for seller contributions". 

We emailed OCF and were then connected via email but it still took a couple of days after for the PM to respond.

There is also coverage for materials In-Transit & at temporary locationss as well.

As I posted this, we received an email that we have a second tenant who is moving in on Dec. 1 for 7 months. :)  Another has been approved and they are waiting for them to sign the lease and send it back. 

Some basic things to look for- Does the service only offer up to a certain number of phone numbers or email addresses like 3 or 5 of each.
