@Nicholas D'Andrea I am not too familiar with the Point Breeze market but it appears the home you are trying to rent, 2232 Manton Street is a 1,060 SF 3 Bed 2 Bath home & is on the market for $2,900.

The loan was $40000 with a monthly interest payment of 300 for 3 years and after 3 years I will have to pay the loan capital amount, $40000 to Wall Street Wealth Management, LLC.

Also, I found a condo 2bedroom 2 bath with an annual HOA.

If I was an out of state buyer I would purchase homes over in Coro Lakes or East of Third Street near Shelby Drive and Horn Lake Road.

So here are some facts;We own two stilt houses (4bed/4 bath) in ocean lakes.wr average between 135-160k in the two combined.The amenities are ALL allowed to be used by any guest(s) that stays in our homes.Ocean lakes is a resort and campground - it is secure in it's ability to keep its str usage and zoning due to same.you dont own the land.

I'd start with looking at 10 properties for rent in your market that would have the same (or very close) bed, bath, square footage, and amenities as the property you have identified.
