Hi Daniel,You might want to think about filing a Police Report listing the stolen items as accurately as you can, and then going to visit the nearest 5 pawnshops (google maps) with the Police Report and see if anyone has pawned a bunch of tools (that are yours).Drug addicts do this for drug money, they never intend to actually work with the tools to make money themselves.You might be lucky and get them back.Good Luck!

However, most self storage contracts are store at your own risk and even if someone Has something stolen or damaged, you will not be liable.

In over 5 years there we have had one issue with a stolen phone but beyond that it has been smooth sailing.
