Selling lots on a golf course is one major revenue stream, although it runs dry after the lots are all sold.

An economic downturn could curtail the disposable income that drives tourism and demand could dry up.

(because i am not going to pay contractor 20k to replace my central air... i'd rather do it myself)  or do basic renovation in dry walling, etc... all that you can do your self and save money doing so.Then if you get stock or unsure of something get your self not a contractor, but a contractor roofing tutor... someone who can teach you about roofing... 

The coldest I have seen on my car's dash was -31F and we did an inspection in Brookfield that morning; it was very dry and sunny and actually not bad out.

As long as it is moist mold is not dangerous, once it dries and becomes air born it is a problem.

I'm originally from a humid climate and I'll take the dry/hot temps any day of the week compared to 85 F and 85% humidity!
