This KW stager was a guest speaker on  "The Home Staging Show Podcast," which I listen to regularly.

Website, blogs, podcasts, forum participation, newsletters, special report articles, eBook, instructional videos, speaker, start a MF meetup, etc.Bottomline, think about your business (less transactional) and more about building a strong foundation of contacts, knowledge, capital, ideas to create your future as you want it to be.

A lot of real estate investors use Ki Shin, smithandshin.net , He is a frequent speaker at Charlotte Reia as well. 

(no focus on national speakers)- Monthly meetings, likely on a week-night- Will be more than just "hanging out for dinner"....will have an agenda, and will progress through misc. segments so as to make sure there's value for both experienced investors as well as the new investors. 

Sounds like you have a great list of speakers that could also be investors.....I would put something up (flyer for the meeting) at the nearby colleges, restaurants, stores etc.By the way.

I have learned a ton from them and the speakers they interview and I'm positive you will too.

Andy also doesn't have any speakers come and sell to the group so I doubt he is doing it for the money.  

It would be great to have you attend and speak about the benefits of the Mopoa and its associated classes (or just enjoy the other speakers).

Hi @Victoria Satti I've been attending the RI Real Estate Investor Group (RIREIG) for the last 20 years and recommend it.They meet twice monthly, once virtually (Zoom) and once in person, usually on the 3rd Thursday of each month.You can search for their website for meeting info including when & where and the upcoming speakers/topics 😀
