I didn't want to continually advertise all my personal information, my personal address and social security number, etcetera.  

I've had to learn to come out of my shell and be more social using these techniques (still working on my inner growth).

(I am an apartment manager, graphic designer, web designer, social media expert, publicist, writer, festival planner and very connected person in Tacoma). 

It may not be if you've got regular W-2 income that brings you close to the social security limit or if you want to contribute the maximum amount to a SEP.  

I have never been able to say that off any other SOCIAL site; Bigger Pockets specializes in Real Estate only.

I am very interested in becoming more active with social real estate groups.

Everything else was mostly a cosmetic fix.We discussed ways of collecting rent -  Social Security paychecks for rent are nice because there are no inspections involved and the check will be deposited directly to you each month it is due.  

Is there an interest group on Facebook or other social media site that would work.Where does your target market spend time online?  

Present your game plan and what skills you bring to the table (good researcher, social person, marketer, etc), then ask the broker what he brings to the table - Training?

@Paul Kessenich- in Nashville, the target market for these larger home is bachelor/bachelorette parties and other larger social functions (reunions, weddings)That is another degree of risk for long term.
