Someone asked me where to find a good plumber and I just thought this would be good info for everyone.

@Andrew Michael Thanks Andrew, I work for a reputable wholesaling company in Baltimore and have met plenty of wholesale business owners since I've been working here so I've built a good sized sellers list so far and i'll be looking to add more (also from calling local wholesalers and asking them to add us to their buyers list). 

They have a positive online reputation.

If you keep the heat on, there should be no risk.If you are shutting everything off, I recommend talking to a couple plumbers to see what the risk is.

But for future references, my suggestion would be to contact some reputable property management companies in your local area, and see what they'll tell you about the crime clean up company(s) they've used. 

They also insist that when I rewinterize, I bring a licensed plumber and send them a certified notices, they won't allow my inspector to do it or their field manager. 

The problem is that development is like a separate community that unfortunately has a reputation of being less than desirable.

In addition I would assume that they will do a double conversion, first from Shekels to GBP and then to USD.Wiring money from an Israeli bank to an American bank is safe an easy, the only problem is the fees, that's why I'm looking for a transfer service with lower fees (and preferably one that's a long time running company with a reputation of not disappearing with the money...)
