It's been a busy couple months:Two flips closing this month and one going on the market this month.I have a listing closing this month and a closing for my buyers,Two new remodels I'm buying this month and recieved another approval on Friday, not sure when I'm closing yet.I also started a direct mail campaign of 500 letters targeting out of state absentee owners who bought 15 years ago.
