This is a general response.According to NAR, 98% of people see a house on-line before they even contact an agent.

So I do my networking online.

The Josh Dorkin/Brandon Turner & early Brandon Turner/David Greene episodes were the best…realistic portfolios held by everyday people and deep dives into 2 or 3 or sometimes more of the properties, that kept me listening.The Josh/Brandon era was definitely top tier, but I think it was also a different time in Real Estate investing and what content was available online about it.

So we have an online portal for contractors to submit bids and SoW.He said he will submit everything except the license number and never had a lender require it.

While the listing agent may encourage you to offer a buyer’s broker commission to motivate them to have their client consider the property, A) they buyer should now have an agreement regarding the commission and B) the buyer will see the property on online platform, diminishing concerne about the broker steering away from properties that don’t offer a buyer’s commission. 

Buying a STR has been on my mind for a while, but I got so overwhelmed with all the information online.

So far, I haven't received any negative feedback about these choices.

You have two choices:  You can appeal them yourself or hire a law firm.
