Unfortunately, even those with no standing or merit on their side of the case show up in an attempt to intimidate or play the sympathy card - both tactics almost always fail.

The argument that weapons free may increase home invasions is without merit. 

I don't know but I think there is some merit to the discussion of auto loans, student debt, geo-political problems particularly with North Korea, the death of retail and office use, government protectionism all are good guesses.

My reasoning is as follows;Working and investing towards one's financial goals merits feelings of achievement, satisfaction and commitment as these goals are achieved.

Then his claims of harassment would have some merit.  

But to directly answer your very simple question; if it's a frivolous claim (which are like unicorns in the real world, they generally only exist in the minds of those that sell LLCs) it's just that frivolous, and won't stand on its own merits, your basic liability insurance will very easily address it.

This line of questioning by tenants merits either no answer or a vague answer.
