Everyone wants a simple answer and it's easy to blame landlords.I am hopeful that more transparency around these "tough conversations" will allow us to come to the logical conclusions about how to actually increase the quantity and quality of housing in our communities. 

DMM is not budget dependent, it is  quantity dependent.

Unlike government backed currency which essentially has zero limits on the quantity in the market.

There is a huge difference between being arrested for having a small amount in his or her pocket for personal use and being caught with large quantities and likely selling or producing it.The age would also matter to me.

I then populate an estimate by plugging in quantities to calculate my rough budget.  

Knowing how they work on the background helps lead times, free estimates/quantity take offs also helps a lot.

I hear it's not quantity but quality of back links.

**My Situation**I sold some a large quantity of "cheap" rental properties that were owned by my self directed IRA, and turned around and put that cash directly into owner financed notes (I bought houses & sold them on a note).
