Also, The Woodlands (north or Houston) is gorgeous and has a medical center, but I think it's mostly homeowners.

Older neighborhood, well mainted, lots of gorgeous upgraded older jomes from the early 1900s, 1910s and 1920s.

When looking for properties in the Shenandoah area, I noticed that a lot of investors are buying new homes to use as STR on 1/4 acre lots w/ gorgeous views of Skyline Drive. 

The one thing thou is I am watching this love hate relationship I have with cookie cutter homes, and yet there gorgeous houses.

I'm like ok house is white altho gf would love pink house too much work. 

I have two gorgeous ladies at home, my wife of 5 years and our 1 year old daughter. 

The home is in pretty good shape- just tons of crazy wall paper, pink trim, and bright red carpet.
