One other thing to include about Baltimore is that given the demographics, geographics and sheer volume of the problem at hand there will be areas that will not be redeveloped and will eventually need to be razed. 

If you price it right, have good pictures and good property descriptions, inquiries will start coming in.

Do they typically post their jobs with “syndication” in the title or job description?

In the description it states that buyers can purchase the one duplex or all 8 of the current investor's duplexs on the same street for an $80,000  discount, Or $720k.

My brother (who is a business partner) manages about 60% of our properties while we have a property manager for those properties outside of his geographic area. 

However in each of these deals, there's three little words hidden in the description - "cash offers only" that completely derail any momentum in securing the property.  

They only put the square footage of the first floor, and from the pictures and description you wouldn't know there was another floor to the house.I had preapproval from 4 different lenders and before I won, one of my lenders said it could be difficult to close because they won't consider the house move in ready since there isn't a stove and refrigerator.

I'd like to track the properties I've analyzed, and have them all organized on a platform like google maps, where I can easily pin, find and amend custom property descriptions.
