There is no guarantee that tech stocks will go up or down, but I do know that this bull market has gone on longer than most without a significant correction.I just feel that there are other good options which are less exposed.

Since this is a probate issue, defaulting to an auctioneer, especially one that didn't put good marketing into place (no pictures of land, lake, or interior or operations information), very worthy of a blog post, leads me to believe the market hasn't fully exposed to this property's assets and potential.

@James Roux #1---Keep in mind that real estate agents are NOT in the mortgage business; #2---the agent you spoke with needs to go back to RE school; the school "exposes" you to types of loans, but do not prepare agents to be loan originators; IMO, this particular agent is either new/inexperienced or too lazy to learn how to be a professional.#3---Search for a loan broker; then an agent who sells $2M+/year (this agent knows their business!)
