@Chris Pastrana As of right now we have been hosting events for entrepreneurs and investors at a coworking space BUT we have not yet invested in our own coworking space.

I haven't personally read the one he co-wrote with Trump, but admittedly, they do make a 'dynamic duo' - Trump in negotiations...and Robert with understanding true assets and the difference between a 'job' and being a true 'entrepreneur'!

As a lifetime entrepreneur in multiple industries and a real estate pro, I think your described niche is too small to be really viable.

A little about me, I'm an entrepreneur and have built and sold several businesses and continue to do so. 

There is also a monthly coffee with investors meetup, some entrepreneur meetups, a BP happy hour, etc.
