"House Hacking" is now such a fad that those MFH with one open unit fly off the market even faster than the shiny object dream homes for owner-occupiers these days. 

Our elite are making more money on the decline of working class Americans than they ever could have dreamed when America was becoming stronger, I trend I see continuing.  

After a period of blaming myself for being too aggressive, I realized the main reason I couldn't weather the storm was under-capitalization.My absolute truth is the knowledge that this business can provide long-term wealth and the freedom to manifest whatever you can dream. 

Saying 'what if', dreaming, taking risks, and actually looking for shortcuts / leverage is actually a big factor to what's made me successful. 

AND when your sole focus is making $, lol, well you will have no lack of time to keep dreaming about what it would be like "if". 

I have a dream of house hacking a multifamily in Brooklyn, NY.

Here in Northern Florida what we've seen is that earlier this year a lot of owner-occupiers snatched up properties at bid-up prices, got all excited to be going into their dream home, and then the bank sent the appraisers out and the appraisals came back at significantly less than the price the house got bid up to, and they didn't have the cash to make up the difference. 

No matter how much I ‘dream’ of being a successful wholesaler in my local market, if the facts don’t line up, there’s no amount of hard work that can change the current market.What are your thoughts about using the local tax assessor’s website to find people who are behind on their taxes and making them a cash offer before they are filled for foreclosure?

ya seems to me that this all gets fixed with go to old forum button I was looking for that.. then keep this new one that the developers dreamed and like.. and see which one gets the most traffic over the course of some time then management/owners can make a decision . for now I will only post if I get mentioned or on my thread that i started since i get notices.. 

The REI dream doesn't come over night.
