do these types of properties tend to have foundation issues?

In my mind that means more foundation issues, roof issues and conversion problems.

There is one spot in the floor that is a little soft so I think it might have some minor foundation problelms that i am getting checked tuesday.

Basements are dry and foundations in decent shape.
