I am happily married, 5 kids, federal government worker, and I am tired of working long hours just to make ends meat!

Currently, rent control might go to the ballot in Nov http://www.gazettes.com/news/government/long-beach...There are also discussions in Inglewood, Santa Ana, Huntington Beach, and Orange County and other cities in Los Angeles, and Orange County. 

@Adriana Torres-rendon You may want to check with the government entity in charge of titling manufactured homes in your area.

Are you even going to be credible for a $500,000 asset?

At first, they said they would move to live with their children, then they said they would move to a mobile home, yesterday, they were crying to my property manager, they want to stay 2 more days until some government facility would take them.

Very sad that children can't have a swingset because of government bureaucracy.

I am interested in moving out and renting out the unit for extra income.Currently, our building has no rental restrictions in the governing documents but all 4 units are owner occupied.

One paid, one vanished so maybe someone will say they’ve had horrible experiences but I doubt it would be government caused.

It’s amazing how our overly regulatory government has everyone scared of their own shadows.

I don't reside in  Florida(but visit often) so I'd need the assistance of   a credible realtor or  savy investor to iron out the details .
