Orange County is very good but I would like to go to somewhere with more culture and diversity.

That is typical corporate culture.

Its considered "deep water culture", and the roots grow out of the cups, and bathe in the solution.

Orange County has an unemployment rate of 5%, and has natural beauty, recreational opportunities, universities, research facilities, high tech (Google) companies, cultural offerings, and PERFECT year round weather.

Economic downturns should be buying opportunities which help build wealth, but for those who are in debt they are times when their dreams and wealth are destroyed.Our debt-centered culture has even caused us to corrupt our language.

I've also read some posts here at BP touting cultured marble.

Look in a town near a large National Park, near a major freeway or highway, preferably close to an airport, with some culture, and nightlife.

I understand the language and culture so that helps.  

As you know going international takes a bit of effort so I'd research companies that work exclusively with foreign buyers and will educate you on the local real estate culture and tax laws before you decide to put any money in.

I've lived in Pittsburgh my whole life and have always had an interest in the many different neighborhoods and the unique cultures of each area.
