How does your commission workout?

You would have to be willing to offer some kind of commission for the realtor. 

Typical is 50% to brokerage on commission and then rest is split to 3 team members.

Jay Garrison you don't technically need an agent and if you don't use one in this scenario, I would guess the listing agent would take all the commission to try to represent you and the seller.

I questioned the lender, who is a close friend of my business partners, and he said he cut his commission to get us down to 4.875% and it should have been 5%.

Is the online listing broker paying full commissions to the buyer’s brokers?

I know there are many factors to this question so please leave your input on what you feel keeps you happy at your brokerage (commission split, atmosphere, etc).
