Great post, thanks for sharing, Kevin--I would also add that the Lower South End area into Madison Park is also a great area to relocated to if you want to be in close proximity to Uptown without being in the hustle & bustle of the city!

The best order I usually post mine in is Exterior first (dead center front of the property), then interior, and overhead at the end.

Business Journal (BizJournals) is the main one I read, but you can find others. bizjournals post about the new developments and changes in the city.
