She was renting it to family (Lesson learned) for the past 4 years, once they were gone we decided to go ahead and update it prior to selling, new bathrooms, carpet, paint, refinish cabinets, the works.

Cabinets can be big depending on the size of the kitchen and quality ($3-8K+ installed).

I have found more mold underneath the counters and cabinets in the kitchen and she is denying it and I found proof that they painted over mold on the walls so they did know about it.

We also drain the lines in the homeThere are several reasons for this but if you have ever walked into your home that had the floors and cabinets finished then a pipe burst ... 

I think the age of the condos really matter also. the condo i ended up keeping it was built in 64, and original cabinets were rotted out and infested.

I try to keep cabinets if at all possible and refinish them.  

They come to $2790, which includes adding a cabinet above the fridge, a lazy Susan corner cabinet, a pullout trashcan, 42" uppers and all trim pieces.

We will update cabinets, redo floors, and raise rents.

- New windows, drywall, gutters, insulation, roof, pavers in backyard, pool equipment, paint inside and out, kitchen cabinets, ac, water heater.
