The main question is whether that will result in a "market drop," or continued price appreciation at a much slower pace as the labor market improves (my take).

I think I will double that this year at the pace it is renting.I have expenses for cleaning, sanitation and PITI of course.

Since the pipeline is expanding, I'm confident we'll be able to keep up our pace and income.Crowdfunding is also expanding our capabilities significantly since it reduces our reliance on banks.

This can only be learned by doing.Thus, I must, as someone already had, recommend that you start in the small multiplex pace to learn the moving parts and to pay your dues - just like monopoly!

As you build your business, the knowledge and discipline you gain from college will allow you to accelerate your growth at a pace that is otherwise impossible to replicate.Three final points.
