Please understand there are multiple versions of credit scores.  

You're obviously a very savvy business person and it's great to get the whole story (entertainingly told, I might add) rather than a polished up version of "woo-hoo, look at this cash-on cash return!"

Hey Sam -Currently, the books are only available in PDF and softcover -- we don't yet have a Kindle version or an audio-book version.It is readable in iBooks (iPad) or on any digital reader that supports PDF (most of them). 

Some version of this and a couple of rented ozone machines might do it.

I work for a property management company and we currently use the older version of Yardi (Enterprise) as our management software.

The short version is you need to write your own knowledge base on these subjects.

There is a free version, and a paid version.

(This book is available in Audio version on itunes, so if you travel a lot you can knock it out in one or two trips, that's what I did) And right now I am almost through reading "The Millionaire Real Estate Investor" by Gary Keller.

At least with the compression versions I've had some success with freeing stuck valves loosing the packing nut and applying WD40 or liquid wrench.
