Can you make a roof grotto/bar area and lease it to a bar owner for use during the warmer months, and for weddings.

We do not have any assets to take a secured loan against for the downpayment except for a wedding ring appraised at $14k.

I finished remodeling the place to make it in an wedding venue but i don't have the time to do that so i am looking for something else maybe

Unless they happen to be visiting family up there or have some specific reason to be up there.Perhaps if you had some ranch style place that you could rent out for special events (Weddings, parties, etc) but just a regular home? 

One word of advice that I was given, was to find newly weds to rent to, and second, put a washer and dryer on the property.

No  communication from  company until I called the title company last week on Wed and  was told only waiting for BoA to sign off on a $50 code violation (abandoned car) and they should be receiving that back that day or Thurs.  

They meet the first Wed of each month at the Signature Grand in Davie.

We also want to start renting out the space for weddings. 

I'm having lunch with someone on Wed who I hope to mentor and will do it for no reason other than to give a hand up.
