quick answer is no... as stated above there is no money in those deals.. risk out weighs any possible gain on ultra low asset loans.low value assets are the bane of the financial markets.. with 100% wipe outs common

Even that is getting old, though ... like playing chess with a pigeon ... no matter how good you are, the bird is going to s$%t on the board and strut around like it won anyway.David,  hard argument to make to those on BP that are fairly new to the game you learn what you just wrote after being in the business for a decade or so and filling up your experience bucket.. those that live in Situ well they can slog through it those out of state usually understand what your talking about when they try to invest in ultra low end and think DAY one cash flow is Day 1000 cash flow
