@Ozzy Smith very true when I had my RE agency .. everytime a TV flipping show came through we would get the next wave of all hat no cattle buyers blowing up my agents with the same line.I am a cash buyer I can buy 10 homes a month and your going to list them all.I would have them come in for an interview...

@Natalie Vane As far as your situation goes, you will likely have to get the house wired correctly in order for it to pass inspection in order for a buyer to get a loan on the property (unless you get an all cash offer from somebody who waves the inspection).

Rief Hodzic sad to say I'm kind of hoping there's some dip so it's more of a buyers market but as long as it's cash flowing I believe you could ride the wave out.. the last bubble my area rents weren't really effected for the most part..
