They got hit really hard when steel dropped in value and they will probably take several years to recover in price so holding now is not only good on rents but I feel your value will have a difficult time going down much further.Colorado is getting close to a bubble pop, so I would be careful to buy and hold without a lot of equity but flips are good right now and will be for another 2 years or so as long as you get the equity.South Florida is PERFECT RIGHT NOW.

i was looking at one of the sites listed to purchase from and it defaulted to hard board as the recommended material for signs, then corrugated heavy pvc as most popular and then lists other materials like steel and aluminum.
