Yes, too thirds of them are, and on more than one occasion, they helped me rent the place quickly.

I had professional, calm discussions with her on multiple occasions about both of those issues, to no avail.The other communication-problem tenant, I told her that while I realize it can feel easier to ignore someone than give them bad news, it is not something I tolerate. 

I wanted to have the balance of being able to live in the penthouse on occasion, but also still have a great rental income.

If you also feel comfortable directly addressing the noise maker with your complaint be sure to comply with this policy.If a tenant violates the quiet hours policy on three separate documented occasions, the tenant is in violation of the lease agreement.
