Mount Pleasant is notoriously difficult to find a solid deal.

It is my view that investors should be wary when purchasing condos in the Denver area, because I tend to believe that the mounting pressure to protect builders and incentivize them to bring condos to the region will drive down the price of existing condos over time.  

All this plus 2 CM quartz stone with 4CM edge and SS under mount sink was about 6.1k all in.It works great for nicer rentals if you're in B or A Class or are flipping a property.
