They can give you several options for colours, but you have final say and can veto it.  2) if they are a good tenant and careful (ie will do a good job), let them paint-again same as above with you specifying the type of paint (eg eggshell) and having a final say in the colour.

Well, read and understand all the charges on your prelim settlement (you'll get a final after all signatures and funding and recording).As a seller, you probably won't have much to sign beyond some releases, especially land.
