Once they see you are just fishing for quotes and do not give him any work, they won't go anymore, or they will charge you.We are talking about good contractors.

The money in Seattle just does not go there they spend their Microsoft money on water front in the Sound... some of the least expensive ocean front in the entire western hemisphere is located in that area.. these were fishing and timber towns that died... there is no correlation to were you live  or work..

It's almost like how the hell do you do that when sometimes it feels like you're just the little fish in the big tank?

I haven't read title iv in its entirety but I think it's time anyone with available capital relative to their income is allowed to make an educated investment in anything they choose. it will give the "little fish" the chance to participate in the "free" market rather than believe and act in a manner that intimates they will never have the opportunity. if the solicitating party sets the investment minimum at a level that limits entry to the market that's fine too but this is a potential opportunity for everyone

And sometimes, I'm honestly going fishing, and just so happen to get lucky and get it at a crazy low price.But I still need to see the house first.
