Rent the car out to someone else that wants to be an Uber driver or do some delivery service. 

You could never use the USPS' Informed Delivery with a made up address.

Sometimes these providers do not delivery as promised.

State laws vary widely on this some only accept first class mail while some need proof of delivery. 

There should be a lot more dates in here such as earnest money delivery date (and title company that will hold the earnest money in escrow specified), inspection contingency date (usually within a week to 10 days of contract execution), title work, due diligence, etc.

@Jay Hinrichs Just for the record I never worked for Aaron or anyone for that matter since I left my sandwich delivery job in 2005.

I handle the oil deliveries and charge it back to the tenant.

Are these additional expenses to update the utility delivery to our property able to be included in the expense for tax rebate purposes?
