There's a "rare" case of the property owner declaring bankruptcy before the day of the sale... you can lose your entire bid amount that way... that's atleast what a lawyer stated in a consultation.I don't honestly think I have a snowball's chance of getting a property that a bank, who hasn't already redeemed it, is going to think is worth their time to pursue me after it's finalized - but I'd be lying if I said that didn't spook me a bit.

I am not a lawyer, but in my opinion, a strong odor of Marijuana is preponderance enough, even better if you have a witness smell it too.
