Eventually it would be full time once income is up enough.I know it can depend a lot on the market and area, I know it can depend a lot on what types of tasks you can automate and it will be systematized at some point but at first I will be doing all the work.Another question that I think is important is if you had to pick a average number to shoot for what is your average profit per wholesale deal, 3k, 5k, 10k?

I have studied brokerage behind two top brokers in the industry since entering and am currently partnered with one.Before brokerage, I worked for two unique gentlemen in Los Angeles who own bars, restaurants, hotels, movie/tv production groups and promoting groups.

She is looking for freelance work to bring in some extra money.I can utilize her for working on my social media presence, SEO, and some other administrative tasks around marketing.I have already told her that it will probably be small tasks to start out with and I can't pay her anything steady until I start getting more deals and bring in more income as I scale.Curious what everyone is paying for this type of work?

Hey Everyone,I'm interested in learning more about unique opportunities to purchase rental properties. 

From what I have read and learned, it is not an easy task but for me seems to be one of the more self-fulfilling opportunities I could pursue.

We loved those units in terms of they were unique that you walk down the front steps to be on the beach sand (the entire unit was on the beach) but financially they did not make sense to keep. 

I have less than a year left in the Air Force, so a steep task at hand is to gain enough traction in real estate to walk away from the service in 11 months.

Similar in size, bedrooms, bathrooms, street and any other unique features.

And make adjustments for unique features and amenities by adding and subtracting.
