We were told the offer was shared with the seller, one refused, the others never responded back.All offers we make clear that the lease is only until closing which we anticipate taking 9-10 months.

Its probably oK but worth calling around and sharing your prelim title report with a lender AND their underwriter to get the thumbs up..

Most likely insurance is going to want the whole house not a shared portion of it.
