However, misleading sellers and using BS tactics to back out is nothing more than being dishonest, and IMO, a scam artist.

While I see this item to be a biggest scam in America, I will have to have insurance when I will try to pull the HELOC(bank requirement).I have a contract buddy of mine who will be helping me out with everything.

I can't say he's a scam artist yet.

And please don't take this the wrong way but many people when they hear Nigeria think of Nigeria scam, it's not to blacklist you or to make you so like you're a scammer, but it's very very common in the USALastly I would advise one partner of your business to be licensed as a real estate agent, because many departments of real estate are looking at creative financing as needing a licenseBest of luck to you!

@Dawn AnastasiWith a lack of response that significant, I'd make an effort to contact the owner directly ... if the "wholesaler" is unwilling to work any harder than that, s/he really doesn't deserve a slice.Alternatively, it may be a scam and they sensed you know too much to be a mark?  

Hi everyone,I fired my propertymgmt company today, due to negligence and scamming me.I stopped by my properties and what I heard from the tenants about work orders not being taken care of on timely manner and figuring out I was being charged for work that never was done, I fired them on the spot! 

I have to chime in with most of the others on "CRAIGSLIST" But there are a lot of SCAMS that slip through the cracks so be very careful how you word your adds.

Yes, if they really want to  be in the business of real estate, they should have the brains to study real estate and not just chasing their tails with scams or step by step methods taught by gurus.
