Each 100-150k cash I have can be recycled into a new project earning $10-20k profit each, every 3 months.

It all depends on how important it is for you to recycle your cash quickly. 

IE condenser  all your copper etc.. .. with vacant houses if your getting squatters this is a common occurrence.. they rip anything out they can to pawn or take to metal recycler or sell your stolen condenser on craigs list.. .. 

The idea is to recycle that $100k into as many opportunities as possible.

So the maybe these large bundles of inventory will be sold off to mid level syndicators ,, ( same people that are buying apartment complex's right now)...What happens in these markets were 50% of the homes are rentals is the rental stock really just keeps being recycled...

It's the main reason I'm selling my small assets and recycling capital into our larger, professionally managed, apartment communities.

If there is anyone out there dealing with contaminated site issues (heating oil tanks, junk/salvage yards, auto recycling yards, etc.) or other environmental issues am happy to be a resource if it is within my wheelhouse.This has been a very scary process to leave my good job and transition to a business owner. 

I'm looking into BRRRR deals because when done right, a BRRRR deal will give me the ability to recycle my initial investment over and over into acquiring more and more properties as opposed to having to wait to save cash to do another house-hack.
