It will consist of 2 yellow letters and then a postcard sent to 1000 absentee owners.I have enough cash to run one rehab at a time, I will wholesale all other deals.I will be providing an update every weekend.

The owner is current on property taxes up to April of this year, but by the signs it appears they are getting overwhelmed with being hospitalized which would signal motivated seller to me.Their mailbox is loaded with mail so I don't think postcards or yellow letters would mean anything.How would anyone go about trying to contact the individual?

When I search for the owners mailing address to send a postcard to see if they are interested in selling the property, the mailing address for the owner matches the address of the vacant house.
