I've been thinking of maybe improving the grading on the exterior of the house (which is currently flat and flush with the rest of the yard) and laying down an inorganic subfloor and tiling and/or carpeting over it.

I'm 21; well going 22 soon and I'm a pharmacy technician at Saddleback Memorial hospital in lagunal Hill.

If it was low-end appliances, I'd want stainless for that price...If it's mid-grade stuff, the price is good...

I hear good things about Notes, but it's all above my pay grade.

The day you win the lien at tax sale, you are legally the owner without the right of occupying in GA. tax deed purchaser is not authorized to receive rents or make improvements to any structure on the property or grade any lot prior to this time.

Don't even have to know what grade or subject, I know that this will be the case.

Won't get double my money back for it.. but in a market were sales are competitive it will make my house sell before the next guy who put in builder grade appliances.

The house is 1,000sqft above grade, 1,000sqft below grade.
