With iOS and Android supporting native QRcode scanning in the camera have you guys thought of using QRCode for real estate lead generation or marketing?

What’s your recommendation for reliable and affordable cameras / security systems?

Do any of you have video cameras on the exterior of your buildings?

I manage three vaca properties across the country with a good team consisting of cleaning people who are always checking on the property when they do switch overs and a few maintenance guys I trust (plumber, handyman, HYVAC, Techie - internet/security cameras) to call when needed.

If your charging $100/ night then it might be a different story.I also have exterior security cameras so I know if people are sneaking in unpaid for pets or extra people.So do you want to turn away half of the potential people looking to make a reservation and do you want to turn down an extra $2000.00 in extra income from pet fees per year?

Get security cameras that go inside and peer out the windows and a few outside. 

Put the cameras outside in plain site, and also in the windows too. 

Another thing that is concerning to us is our camera was unplugged while they were working.

He has also on my security camera allowed the other tenants of my building into my apartment and TOOK MY DOG OUT OF MY APARTMENT.
