Their life does not fdepend on them being slobs.....change their behaviour.If you can take a trip to Northern Ireland you will see the most spic and span parks on the planet.. they are incredible.

Heath, the option ARM's is a "grass on the greener side" method of buying houses.

This is the only purchase or refi that I've ever done where the loan could not close or be funded until AFTER the originals were received by the lender.Does any other lender on the planet do that?

I'm new, as well (and greener than you, as I don't yet have my first REI property yet!). 

For California investors looking to invest out of state, I always recommend the Central Valley as an alternative because the fact is, the grass isn't always greener on the other side.

It can be competitive and risky.If you are looking to get into real estate investing in general, you may want to look at solidifying your financial foundation, and one of the most popular personalities on the planet for that purpose is in your state: Dave Ramsey. 

I wonder if this is common in Canada  Australia Great Britian ext.. were you have robust RE markets and investors..... or do they just think us USA citizens are the dumbest on the planet ?
