Here in Colorado, one of the diminishing number of areas to allow investment Airbnb properties is Park County -- close to Denver on the eastern side and close to Breckenridge on the western side.

If I were to invest out of state I’d buy a slightly less risky asset to lower my risk, I’d consider Baltimore county, Frederick county or the eastern shore of md.

i get a mixed sense of Arden-Arcade, some pockets very high end 500k+, some upper middle (300+ like garden of the gods off Arden/Eastern, then some pockets that are on the western side of the Arden area that seem a little rough around the edges.

Compare zoning on the Eastern side of San Francisco versus the Western side of San Francisco and consider the impact that has on the fair market. 

I've talked to Jack before -- in an effort to branch out to the eastern shore.

I am currently shopping for a multifamily in eastern mass and have narrowed down 2 deals that are both attractive in their own ways.

Or for another example I bought a property on the duplex on the eastern shore which has basically zero apartment buildings and very few 2bd’s so even though mine is a 2bd (which I generally don’t love) if it ever goes vacant I will have zero issue renting it because as long as I’m below a single family home in price it will get scooped up asap because there are no apartments to compete against.

I've seen some great deals in the north eastern corner of CA, but that area seems a little too desolate.
